HALASANA post
Halasana also refers to the plough pose, or plough, because it looks like a wooden plough used in fields to tilt soil.
Halasana rejuvenates the inner parts of one’s body and makes it healthy again.
Halasana, one of the most advanced yoga poses, is easy to do and offers many benefits.
Men can also use it to treat sexual and semen-related issues such as ejaculation, night emission, and other problems.
